Led by a team of specialised industry professionals, Baguio Pest Control's management structure is stable and well-organised. Most members of the management team were formerly senior executives at the Group bringing to the Company a wealth of experience and expertise.

Continuous Staff Training
Our professionals are keeping abreast of the latest knowledge in pest control through undergoing regular industry training organised by the Company, while ongoing in-house trainings are on offer to equip our staff with professional knowledge and specialised skills to continually enhance their services to customers.

Quality Assurance
Baguio Pest Control maintains an internal Quality Assurance System to monitor and measure service performance. To ensure strict compliance with a well-defined Quality System, the Company has appointed a Quality Manager to conduct on-going internal audits of site quality procedures every six months. Baguio Pest Control is also planning to attain an ISO Certification in the near future.
