Baguio provides employment opportunities for individuals from various segments of society. Our efforts have once again been recognized, as we have been awarded the "Partner Employer Award" - Excellence Award by The Hong Kong General Chamber of Small and Medium Business in this year. This marks the 8th time that we have received this award.

The "Partner Employer Award" aims to encourage local businesses to offer more job opportunities to vulnerable communities, retirees, or university interns, while fostering an inclusive society. In addition to creating a green environment, Baguio acknowledges the importance of fulfilling social responsibilities. Therefore, we actively create employment opportunities for retirees, ethnic minorities, and interns. Since 2023, we have hired almost a thousand individuals aged 65 or above, allowing them to continue contributing their skills and values. Furthermore, we have employed over 180 ethnic minority individuals, including employees of Nepalese and Thai, showcasing our commitment to equality in recruitment practices.
