Baguio has always been committed to promoting employee health and work-life balance. Recently, a six-member team from Baguio competed in the "Hong Kong Green Day –Indoor Smart Bike Relay Sprint," organized by the Green Council. The team not only secured the 2^nd runner up in the group relay but also earned the “Most Valuable Player (MVP)” award, adding extra glory to their achievement !

To prepare for the competition, the team actively participated in training and warm-up sessions, fully demonstrating Baguio’s core values of ‘Teamwork’ and ‘Excellence’. This event was not just a physical challenge but also allowed us to put into practice the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, SDG 4: Quality Education, SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals).

On race day, the enthusiastic cheers of the Baguio support team brought team cohesion to its peak, perfectly showcasing Baguio’s team spirit. We sincerely thank all players and supporters for their full dedication. Moving forward, Baguio will continue organizing diverse health activities to create a more vibrant and cohesive workplace for all employees!
