Project description:
- Providing high standard of landscaping maintenance and management works and to echo the landscape design of “living in a park in a walkable community” of the estate;
- With more than 400 thousand square meters of greening area (40% of the total area of the estate) were maintained by Tak Tai, including the 600 meters 24-hour public pedestrian walkway on the podium;
- The project was awarded as “The Best Landscape Award 2018 (Private Property Development) – Merit Award“ by Leisure and Cultural Services Department.
