Project description:

• Managing 2,400,000 sq. ft. of green area, which comprise 40% of the estate’s total development area
• Providing professional horticultural maintenance and arboricultural management services, including daily maintenance such as watering, pruning, fertilization, weeding, cleaning of dead leaves and debris, and plant disease and pest control and sterilization treatments
• Providing maintenance services for horticultural installations, including the upkeep and replacement of bamboo fencing, as well as post-typhoon restoration services, including plant treatment and replacement, tree risk assessment and emergency response services
• The residential property was awarded "Tree Management Award 2025 (Residential Property) - Merit Award" by ISA Hong Kong Chapter
