Project description:

• Providing comprehensive horticulture maintenance services for landscaped gardens covering 630,000 sq. ft., about 70% of the site
• Providing plant, tree and vegetation maintenance, including watering, fertilizing, pruning, pest control, replanting of withered plants, etc., while maintaining and caring for green walls in clubhouse outdoor party areas
• Providing professional tree pruning services using elevated work platforms, arranging at least two sessions per month reaching a minimum height of 20 meters, to ensure the numerous valuable, mature trees receive proper care, thereby safeguarding both the safety and aesthetics of the residential environment
• Utilizing resistograph to conduct regular inspections of trees near residential buildings, complemented by arboricultural pruning techniques to prevent tree branches from encroaching on buildings, while preserving the natural landscape
• The project was awarded "Best Landscape Award 2025 (Large-scale Domestic Property) - Merit" by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of the HKSAR (with a site area of 20,000 square metres or above, properties between 6 and below 21 years of age)
