Project Overview:
- Providing comprehensive waste collection services across campus areas including academic buildings, student residences, dining facilities, administrative offices and logistics zones, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
- Managing a robust network of over 500 collection points, with the capacity to process and recycle dozens of tons of waste monthly.
- Conducting high‑frequency collection schedules and complemented by rapid-response emergency protocols to prevent overflow and uphold the institution’s high hygiene requirements.
- Managing on‑site refuse collection points and establishing an onsite micro-sorting centre. This facility performs preliminary sorting of recyclables such as paper, plastic and metal before transporting to Baguio’s recycling facilities or other designated recycling spots for recycling.
- Providing floor‑by‑floor waste collection services for student dormitories, where dedicated team collecting recyclables on a scheduled basis to ensure proper sorting and collection.
- Providing scalable manpower and fleet deployment for major university events (such as celebrations, graduation ceremonies and festive events) to meet surge demands for waste removal and venue restoration.
- Managing specialized logistics for food waste and other unique waste categories in strict adherence to the university’s environmental policies, ensuring all materials are diverted to appropriate treatment facilities.
