Waste Management & Recycling Services

• Providing one‑stop waste management services from setup to dismantling, including the establishment of on-site recycling stations for systematic sorting and collection of flowers, soil, pots, general recyclables, which would be delivered to the designated facilities for recycling.
• Managed the sorting and logistic of yard waste, providing waste reports to ensure a fully transparent and traceable recycling process.
• Executed site restoration after show, including removal of flowers, clearing of soil and dismantling of exhibition installations.
• Replanted healthy plants into flower pots for donating salvaged plants to designated non‑profit organizations, while diverting wilted flowers and soil to designated facilities for repurposing.
• Coordinated with regulatory authorities through daily inspections and progress updates, providing a comprehensive waste report to quantify the environmental achievements.
