• Deployed a total of 195 Smart Balance across 95 recycling stations and collection points across all 18 districts. This large-scale rollout empowers the client’s smart recycling initiative, enhancing overall recycling efficiency and community engagement.
• The Smart Balance system integrates with the client’s e‑loyalty program and mobile application. By simply scanning a QR code, users can execute instant weight measurements, automatic point accumulation, and real‑time data synchronization with the cloud.
• Established a centralized cloud‑based big data platform to collect and analyze recycling data, including weight, material types and usage patterns, supporting the client in formulating recycling strategies and optimizing recycling network allocation.
• Equipped with built‑in camera functionality to automatically record recyclable items and transaction data, facilitating data verification, quality control and performance analysis.
• Provided installation, routine inspection and maintenance services, with response and rectification of operational issues within 24 hours to ensure stable and efficient system performance.
