Acknowledging our Environmental Footprint

Our Carbon Footprint

In 2025, the Group’s operations generated 13,869.41 tCO2e of greenhouse gas emissions, comprising 8,828.63 tCO2e from direct emissions (Scope 1), 437.86 tCO2e from indirect emissions associated with electricity consumption (Scope 2), and 4,602.91 tCO2e from emissions arising from the value chain (Scope 33). Scope 1 emissions were primarily attributable to fuel consumption from the operation of the Group’s fleet.

3 For Category 1 of Scope 3 emissions, only purchased goods related to environmental services, including professional cleaning, recycling, waste management and collection, green technology, green products, horticulture and landscaping, and integrated pest management - major purchased goods and services for the Group, were included.

Environmental Targets

Aligned with China’s Dual Carbon Goals and Hong Kong’s Climate Action Plan 2050, the Group has identified a set of climate-related and related environmental targets covering carbon emissions, energy consumption and recyclable waste recovery. In 2025, progress was recorded across these areas.

Green Fleet

We aimed to reduce our carbon footprint by adopting biodiesel and transiting to electric vehicles (EVs). Since 2024, two light goods vehicles (LGVs) were deployed using B5 biodiesel as part of the ongoing assessment of low-carbon fuel options. In 2025, the Group also expanded our electric fleet to 15 EVs, comprising 13 saloon cars and 2 LGVs. The Group will prioritise EV adoption where feasible and gradually reduce reliance on petrol-powered vehicles. We are also investigating the possibility of introducing EV trucks.
