Administration Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • To prepare quotation and tendering documents, and analysis report
  • To handle service inquiries, data entry, maintain System records and filing
  • To handle contract administration work and liaise with the project team for project administration works
  • Handling workers' attendance, employment contracts and related documents in compliance with contract requirements
  • To perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and fast Chinese Word Processing 
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to deal with all levels of customers
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and task-oriented
  • Fresh graduates are also considered
