Administration Assistant
Responsibilities:
- To prepare quotation and tendering documents, and analysis report
- To handle service inquiries, data entry, maintain System records and filing
- To handle contract administration work and liaise with the project team for project administration works
- Handling workers' attendance, employment contracts and related documents in compliance with contract requirements
- To perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and fast Chinese Word Processing
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to deal with all levels of customers
- Able to handle multi-tasks and task-oriented
- Fresh graduates are also considered
